Frequently Asked Questions Before You Begin

Clear answers to the questions that often come up before starting a Challenge.

How and when do you request a withdrawal?

When a funded account funded the program requirements, the trader can request a withdrawal directly from their user dashboard. In the 2-Step andStep challenges, the first withdrawal can be requested after 28 days. Subsequent withdrawals can be requested every 14 days. Some add-ons allow you to shorten these timeframes. For example, by enabling withdrawals every 7 days. In the Instant program, the first withdrawal can be requested after completing 3 profitable trading days.

What rules should I be aware of before I start?

Before starting a Challenge reviewing the objectives, loss limits, and permitted trading practices. Amadeux uses static drawdown limits for both daily and total losses in its programs, and also allows trading during news events and on weekends. We strive to make the rules clear, transparent, and easy to understand, with no unnecessary steps or “fine print.” You can find more information in our Help Center.

Who evaluates the trader?

The trader evaluation is conducted by Amadeux. The environment in which trades are executed belongs to external, independent companies. This means that Amadeux does not directly control aspects such as spreads, prices, available symbols, or the order book. Amadeux is not a broker. We believe that separating the evaluation process from the trading environment provides a more transparent structure for the trader. Simply put: we prefer to evaluate the trader, rather than also controlling the environment in which they trade.

What happens if I fail the challenge?

There is no penalty. If a trader fails to meet the program’s requirements, they can simply try again whenever they want. In addition, Amadeux provides information and data on the trades executed to help traders understand what happened and where they can improve. Many traders need several attempts before they achieve consistency. The goal is not to “get through it quickly,” but to develop a solid and sustainable trading strategy.
